Our Mission

Intermarkets is a privately-held firm based in Reston, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. Since its founding in 1997, Intermarkets has developed into the nation’s leading independent advertising sales management services firm. We’ve established our reputation through collaborative partnership engineering and providing custom-tailored solutions for our clients and partners.

We serve publishers as their exclusive representative marketing their inventory to advertisers; in addition, we provide our advertising clients complete advertising solutions including placements on the Intermarkets Portfolio, media buying and planning, creative development and more.

Our extensive knowledge of the online environment has helped our clients achieve their targeted return on investment. This knowledge is our key competitive advantage that we deliver to each and every one of our clients.

Jake started with Intermarkets as a design intern before progressing to his current role as marketing resource, analytics, and branding guru. He embraces individuality within a team setting to create a cohesive unit that dedicatedly achieves set goals. His ability to blend together marketing talents is matched by his love of cooking, reading, and reliving his childhood days from the 90’s.

Mike joined Intermarkets over 10 years ago. Throughout his tenure he has grown from sales executive, to sales leader, to his current role as the single-man think tank responsible for creating the business development department. Mike's tenacity for growing creative ideas from the ground up, spills into his love of finding the perfect fishing spots in Northern Virginia and spending time with his family.

Shauna may be a master of several foreign languages, harbor a heart filled with wanderlust, and a former member of the United States Air Force, but she is also the leader of Intermarkets' strategic media team. When Shauna is not busy helping brands evolve in the face of changing medias, engaging readers, and building audiences, she can be found following her heart and family on another fun-filled adventure.

Stephanie began her career with Intermarkets in 2006 as a trafficker. Fast-forward a single decade and Stephanie can be found touting her daily motto, "test, test, test," while single handedly reminding her Ad Operations team that "nothing is impossible." Tony has a list of career highlights that is almost as long as his personal interests. While he might have a love for figures and finance, Tony is also an avid soccer player, fishing expert, and occasionally finds the time to break par on the local golf course.
