Bonus plan
Employees may receive bonuses from time to time.  These are based on individual merit, the company's profitability and any other factor(s) deemed significant by the company.  Whether or not bonuses are granted and the amounts granted are within the sole discretion of management.

Tuition assistance
To encourage professional development, Intermarkets offers a tuition assistance program to eligible employees who complete job‑related courses with a grade of “B” or better. To participate in this program, you must be a full-time employee who has completed six months of employment. Your application for tuition assistance must be made and approval received prior to registration for the course.

Telecommunications services
Intermarkets provides, where appropriate, employer-paid cellular phone service, broadband service, land line phone service, and fax service.

Employee gym membership
Intermarkets provides employer-paid gym memberships for its employees.

Flu shots
Intermarkets provides free flu shots in Vienna, VA and Eau Claire, WI each winter.
