Vision plan
Our Vision Plan provides coverage for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. The cost of the coverage is paid for by Intermarkets and begins the first day of employment.
Employees are automatically enrolled in the Anthem Blue View Vision Plan when they enroll in the company’s Anthem Keycare Health Care Plan. Benefits include an eye exam, eyeglass lenses and frames or contacts once every twelve months. The Plan also provides additional discounts toward other incurred expenses.
